To help you regain access to your account quickly, we’ve outlined simple steps to reset your password on your own. If you encounter any issues, you can submit a support ticket for assistance. When submitting a ticket, please specify which platform you need access to (My.Westcliff or Gmail).

My.Westcliff Password Reset Instructions

Follow these steps to reset your My.Westcliff password:

  1. Navigate to https://my.westcliff.edu/ and enter your Westcliff email address, then click Next.
  2. On the password screen, click the “Forgot Password?” link.
  3. Choose one of the recovery methods and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password. Make sure to select a strong, secure password.
  4. Return to https://my.westcliff.edu/ and log in using your new password.

Gmail Password Reset

To reset your Gmail password, please submit a support ticket.

  • In the Your Email Address field, enter the best email address to contact you.
  • In the Description field, include your Westcliff email address.
