How to Reset your My.Westcliff Account Password

Overview

To help you regain access to your account quickly, we’ve outlined simple steps to reset your password on your own. If you encounter any issues, you can submit a ticket for assistance.

Instructions

  1. Go to https://my.westcliff.edu/ and enter your Westcliff email address, then click Next

  2. On the password screen, click the “Forgot Password?” link. NOTE: If you see a message saying "Reset password is not allowed at this time. Please contact support for assistance", it may mean your account has not yet been activated. In that case, please use this service to submit a ticket.

  3. Select one of the recovery methods to pass the security verification step.

  4. For this example, we selected Email as the recovery method. Once we click on Select, follow the prompts to have the verification code sent to your email.

  5. Create a new password. Make sure you choose a strong and secure password.
