Once your degree is completed and conferred, you will receive a series of email notifications:
- Email 1: Congratulations on the completion of your degree at Westcliff University!
- You will receive this email if your degree has been conferred.
- Please read the email carefully for all the necessary steps.
- You MUST submit a Graduation Petition to start the ordering process.
- Diplomas will not be ordered until all requirements are met.
- Email 2: Certificate/Diploma Request - Open Balance/Missing Payment!
- You will receive this email if you do not have a cleared balance or if you have not paid the $100 processing fee.
- Email 3: Congratulations! Here is your Westcliff University Diploma!
- You will receive this email from Parchment when your order is placed.
- The link in the email will direct you to your digital diploma.
- Please note that you will have 72 hours to review your order and confirm the information. Any errors after 72 hours will result in you having to pay for a replacement.
- If your address is incorrect, you must update it in Parchment by creating an account.
- If there is a mistake on your diploma, please contact us.
- Please allow 60-90 business days for your physical diploma to be processed by Parchment.
Note: Your first diploma copy is $100. Any additional copies will be $125.
