Diploma Orders

Once your degree is completed and conferred, you will receive a series of email notifications:

1. Email 1: Congratulations on the completion of your degree at Westcliff University!
   • You will receive this email if your degree has been conferred.
   • Please read the email carefully for all the necessary steps.
     • You MUST submit a Certificate/Diploma Request to start the ordering process.
     • Diplomas will not be ordered until all requirements are met.
2. Email 2: Certificate/Diploma Request - Open Balance/Missing Payment!
   • You will receive this email if you do not have a cleared balance or if you have not paid the $100 processing fee.
3. Email 3: Diploma Request Received!
   • You will receive this email once all requirements are met.
   • Please allow 120-150 business days for your diploma to complete processing.
4. Email 4: Certificate/Diploma has Arrived!
   • You will receive this email once your diploma arrives at our Irvine campus.
   • Please read the email carefully for all the necessary steps on how to pick up or ship your diploma.

Note: Your first diploma copy is $100. Any additional copies will be $125.
