Once your degree is completed and conferred, you will receive a series of email notifications:
- Email 1: Congratulations on the completion of your degree at Westcliff University!
- You will receive this email if your degree has been conferred.
- Please read the email carefully for all the necessary steps.
- You MUST submit a Certificate/Diploma Request to start the ordering process.
- Diplomas will not be ordered until all requirements are met.
- Email 2: Certificate/Diploma Request - Open Balance/Missing Payment!
- You will receive this email if you do not have a cleared balance or if you have not paid the $100 processing fee.
- Email 3: Diploma Request Received!
- You will receive this email once all requirements are met.
- Please allow 120-150 business days for your diploma to complete processing.
- Email 4: Certificate/Diploma has Arrived!
- You will receive this email once your diploma arrives at our Irvine campus.
- Please read the email carefully for all the necessary steps on how to pick up or ship your diploma.
Note: Your first diploma copy is $100. Any additional copies will be $125.
