Program Withdrawals & Transfers

  • Students need to meet with their Student Services Advisor before withdrawing from the program, or transferring to another institution.
  • After the meeting, students will be sent forms to submit their request.
  • Transferring students can select “Transfer Out” on the specified form to enter their SEVIS information (applicable to F-1).
  • Withdrawal students can select the reason provided.
  • Nothing is official until you have submitted the specified forms.
  • Submission of each form is effective immediately.
  • Upon processing, students will receive an email/letter of their official withdrawal/transfer.
