- Students need to meet with their Student Services Advisor before withdrawing from the program, or transferring to another institution.
- After the meeting, students will be sent forms to submit their request.
- Transferring students can select “Transfer Out” on the specified form to enter their SEVIS information (applicable to F-1).
- Withdrawal students can select the reason provided.
- Nothing is official until you have submitted the specified forms.
- Submission of each form is effective immediately.
- Upon processing, students will receive an email/letter of their official withdrawal/transfer.
