If you encounter the TII M14:11 error on a students' submitted assignment, it cannot be reversed. To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:
- Secure a copy of the student’s assignment.
Download the submission if it is available, or ask the student to email you a copy.
- Delete the assignment from the submission page.
After confirming you have a saved copy, remove the original submission.
Click the grading pen icon. This will generate a Grading Template for the student, allowing you to manually enter a grade.
Once the Grading Template is created, input the correct grade.
In the Feedback section, include the following note:
“Graded via Grading Template due to Turnitin Error.”
