Summer 25 Payment Plan Requests
I already applied but I haven’t gotten anything back yet?
- Payments plans are only active once SA receives back the signed payment plan agreement form AND they receive an email stating it has been processed on Student First portal.
- Check your Westcliff email, you may have received a payment plan agreement form
- Some students have reported the agreement form being sent to their spam folder
- All payment plan agreement forms will be sent to the student’s WU email.
- Payment plan agreement forms will be drafted once invoicing for Summer 25 semester has begun.
- If you made your payment plan request after the deadline (see deadline in Google form link), we cannot guarantee that you will receive a payment plan.
- If you have not paid off your previous balance off, you will not be sent an agreement form.
- Check Student First to view your current account balance
- For assistance on how to access Student First, please submit a help ticket.
I used to have a payment plan in the past, do I still need to apply again?
- Yes, payment plans requests must be made per semester and do NOT auto renew.
How does the standard plan work?
- Students will make a 40% down payment of their tuition after scholarships and credits are applied to their account.
- The rest of the 60% is split into 3 monthly installments
- The 40% down payment is required to be granted a payment plan.
- There is a non-refundable $50 installment plan processing fee that is charged alongside the 40% deposit
Can I do a payment plan per academic session?
