USCIS won't notify the school of your Change of Status.
Upon receipt of Change of Status approval notice, please submit Change of Status Form available at University Forms including uploading the I-797, I-797A or Green Card.
F1 students are required to maintain their current F-1 visa status until the effective date of your new status.
