Once your certificate is completed and conferred, you will receive a series of email notifications:
- Email 1: Congratulations on the completion of your Certificate!
- You will receive this email if your certificate has been conferred.
- Please read the email carefully for all the necessary steps.
- You MUST submit a Graduation Petition to start the ordering process.
- Certificates will not be ordered until all requirements are met.
- Email 2: Certificate/Diploma Request - Open Balance/Missing Payment!
- You will receive this email if you do not have a cleared balance or if you have not paid the $100 processing fee.
- Email 3: Certificate Request Received!
- You will receive this email once all requirements are met.
- Please allow 30-60 business days for your certificate to complete processing.
- Email 4: Certificate/Diploma has Arrived!
- You will receive this email once your certificate arrives at our Irvine campus.
- Please read the email carefully for all the necessary steps on how to pick up or ship your certificate.
Note: Your first certificate copy is $100. Any additional copies will be $125.
