Certificate Orders

Once your certificate is completed and conferred, you will receive a series of email notifications:

  1. Email 1: Congratulations on the completion of your Certificate!
    • You will receive this email if your certificate has been conferred.
    • Please read the email carefully for all the necessary steps.
      • You MUST submit a Graduation Petition to start the ordering process.
      • Certificates will not be ordered until all requirements are met.
  2. Email 2: Certificate/Diploma Request - Open Balance/Missing Payment!
    • You will receive this email if you do not have a cleared balance or if you have not paid the $100 processing fee.
  3. Email 3: Certificate Request Received!
    • You will receive this email once all requirements are met.
    • Please allow 30-60 business days for your certificate to complete processing.
  4. Email 4: Certificate/Diploma has Arrived!
    • You will receive this email once your certificate arrives at our Irvine campus.
    • Please read the email carefully for all the necessary steps on how to pick up or ship your certificate.

Note: Your first certificate copy is $100. Any additional copies will be $125.
