Perlego is an online digital library platform that provides unlimited access to thousands of academic textbooks, professional books, and scholarly publications across various disciplines. Available to students and faculty, Perlego offers a cost-effective alternative to purchasing expensive textbooks while providing powerful study tools such as highlighting, note-taking, and offline reading. Instructions

First-Time Access to Perlego:

  1. Go to https://my.westcliff.edu/ and sign in to your My.Westcliff (Okta) account.
  2. Click on the Perlego application on the dashboard
  3. It will direct you to Perlego landing page where it allows you to enter your Westcliff email address. Enter your Westcliff email and click on ContinueUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. Perlego will ask you to confirm the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. It is optional to receive additional information about Perlego via email. Check the first box and click on Create your accountUploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  6. You are ready to complete setting up your profile

 

Setting Up Your Perlego Profile

  1. Click on Let's get started and select what best describe you. Once done, click Next stepUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  2. Search for Westcliff University for where you study and select the level of studyUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. Select the Year of your graduation and topics of interest

 

Returning Users:

Simply go to https://my.westcliff.edu/ and sign in to your My.Westcliff (Okta) account. Navigate to the Perlego application.

Notes

  • Technical support for Perlego is provided directly by Perlego. For assistance with platform-specific issues, please visit the Perlego Help Center or contact Perlego support via chat or email at help@perlego.com. Our Technology Department is unable to assist with Perlego technical issues as the platform is managed externally.
  • Perlego does not allow printing or copying of entire books due to copyright restrictions, but you can copy limited excerpts for study purposes
  • The platform is regularly updated with new titles and editions
  • If you cannot find a specific book, you can request it through the "Request a book" feature
  • Sharing your account credentials or downloaded content with others violates terms of service
  • For mobile app issues, ensure you have the latest version installed from your device's app store
  • Browser compatibility: Perlego works best on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions)
