Program Change

Please use the Change in Program Request form to make the following requests:

  1. Switching from one program to another 

Deadline: Four weeks before the start date of the upcoming session (Week 4 of the current session).
NOTE: For students to transfer into a new program, they must request the transfer 30 days before the start of the session they are wishing to transfer into.
