Add F2 Request

  • F-1 students may add a dependent to their SEVIS I-20 record also known as an F-2 dependent that are allowed to stay in the United States only for the duration of the F-1 student’s study period.
  • Please submit the Add F-2 Dependent I-20 Form.
  • All forms and documents are accessible via Westcliff Email Account. As soon as you complete the form, you will be in the queue for processing.
