  • Where can I find my assignments?
    • Course assignments, the course syllabus, and any announcements can be found on GAP of each course. This is also where students can submit assignments and get feedback on their work from professors.
  • How do I contact my professor?
    • The best way to contact your professor is by emailing them directly from your Westcliff email to the email address that they have included at the top of the course page on GAP. They will then be able to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
  • Can I withdraw from a course?
    • In order to maintain their status, F-1 students must be enrolled in at least one 3 credit course per session. However, F-1 students can drop an internship course if they do not wish to continue with CPT and domestic students can drop a course at any time. After the add/drop period, which is typically the Monday of Week 2 during each session, students can withdraw from a course, but the course will still be reflected on their transcript. If a student chooses to withdraw from a course before week 6, they would receive a "W" on their transcript to indicate they withdrew from the course, but it will not affect their GPA. If a student chooses to withdraw from a course during Weeks 6-8, they will receive an F in the course, or a “NC” to indicate “No Credit” for an internship course.
