IMPORTANT: Terra Dotta access is only available to currently enrolled students. If you have already graduated from the program or have a future program start date, we regret to inform you that you do not yet have access to Terra Dotta.
To access to the Tearr Dotta , please review the sequences of the actions :
1. You can log in your OKTA dashboard (my.westcliff.edu).
- If you cannot log in your OKTA, please submit a ticket to the IT team here : IT Ticket or review the instructions here: SSO/OKTA Set Up
2. You see Terra Dotta (TD) in your OKTA.
- Terra Dotta should be added to your OKTA by the IT team.
- If you don't see Terra Dotta in your OKTA , please reach out to the IT team to have it added.
- Proposed Ticket Subject : Do NOT see Terra Dotta in my OKTA.
- International Affairs team can only invite you to Terra Dotta after it has been added to your OKTA
3. You are invited to Terra Dotta after the issuance of the Continued Attendance I-20.
- The International Affairs (IA) team activates your SEVIS record and issues the Continued Attendance I-20.
- IA sends you the email with the subject line 'Welcome to Terra Dotta (TD)' to your WU email account.
4. Students follow the instructions in the " Welcome to Terra Dotta " email to log in their TD profile.
5. The attachment in this session provides step-by-step instructions for signing into Terra Dotta after you receive the invite email. Please download them to review and follow the steps.
6. If you still have issues after following the steps in the attachment, please submit a ticket to our IT DEPARTMENT here IT Ticket to confirm your OKTA SINGLE-SIGN ON( my.westcliff.edu).
