Student First/GAP Support

  • How do I access course information? How do I know when/where my class is?
    • Please view the top portion of the course homepage on GAP. For more information about how to use GAP, please refer to the New Student Modules that are available on the home page. There you will find the Navigating GAP Tutorial along with much more key information.
  • I don’t have access to GAP. I don't see my courses in GAP.
    • Please view your Student First portal to ensure that you are enrolled in a course. If you are enrolled in a course on Student First portal, but not GAP, please submit a ticket to the Technology Department.
  • Where can I find my login information?
    • You can view your login information in the “Welcome” email that was sent to you from your Admissions Advisor. If you are having issues logging into your Portals, please submit a ticket to the Technology Department.
