Please use the Location/Format Change Request to make the following requests:
- Change the location/format of your program.
- Athletes can not be in an online format
- F-1 students can not be in an online format
Deadline: Four weeks before the start date of the upcoming session (Week 4 of the current session).
Standard processing time is 7-14 business days, however, this may exceed 14 business days during certain periods throughout the session.
