1. Appeal Academic Probation.
2. Appeal the Course Repeat Policy.

Deadline: Friday of Week 15 of the current semester.

Please use the Appeal Request form to make the following requests:

• Appeal Academic Dismissal.
• Appeal of a Conduct Issue.
• Appeal of an Alternative Issue.

Deadline: Within 15 days of the decision.
