In accordance with Section 1018 of Public Law 116-315, Westcliff University provides students using VA education benefits with the following required information and disclosures:
- Preliminary Financial Aid Offer Letter: Provides an overview of estimated educational costs, available financial aid, and other funding sources. It may also identify estimated expenses that are not covered by financial aid or VA education benefits.
- Estimated Loan Disclosure: Provides estimates of potential Federal Direct Loan debt based on the type and standard length of an academic program. These estimates are based on applicable Federal Direct Loan aggregate limits and do not represent an individual student's actual borrowing. Additional financing, such as Federal PLUS Loans or private student loans, is not included in these estimates.
- School Performance Fact Sheet: Provides information about institutional and program outcomes, including applicable completion, employment, licensing, and certification information.
- Westcliff University Transfer Credit Policy: Describes Westcliff University's policies regarding the evaluation and acceptance of transfer credit, including applicable military education and training credit. The policy is also available in the University Catalog and Student Handbook.
- Plan of Study (POS): Outlines the courses and academic requirements necessary to complete a student's program and provides an anticipated pathway toward graduation.
- GI Bill® Comparison Tool: A U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs resource that provides information about approved schools, programs, VA education benefits, and estimated benefit amounts to assist students in comparing education and training options.
- Federal Financial Aid Not Administered by the VA: Federal financial aid programs are separate from VA education benefits and may include grants and federal student loans for eligible students. Financial aid eligibility, awards, and applicable funding are administered through Westcliff University's Financial Aid Department.
