Academic Warning, Probation & Appeal
Academic Warning, Probation & Appeal
What is Academic Warning/Probation? Why am I on Academic Warning/Probation? What is the Academic Warning/Probation process?
Students are placed on Academic Probation due to falling below the minimum GPA requirement. Students who are placed on Academic Probation must meet with their advisor to review their grades and create an action plan to submit an Appeal to be placed on Academic Probation, including a time frame to improve their GPA before being considered for dismissal.
Do I need to submit an academic appeal?
Please check with your student services advisor to see if you are required to submit the
Academic Probation Appeal
in order to request to be placed on Academic Probation for the following Semester.
